How to maintain and upkeep the equipment?

1、 Maintenance content

1. Cleaning and cleaning of aluminum shavings inside and outside the equipment

2. Check if there is any air leakage or if the cylinder of the equipment is smooth

3. Check if the spindle motor is running normally and if there are any abnormal noises

4. Is the automatic cooling and atomization system of the saw blade normal

5. Are the lubricating and cooling oils sufficient

6. Check for looseness and detachment of screws

7. Is the overall operation of the equipment normal

2、 Maintenance cycle

1. Daily maintenance:

Cleaning of operators during shift handover, cleaning and vacuuming of aluminum shavings inside and outside the equipment. Check for leaks on the device

Is there any abnormality such as oil leakage or abnormal operation of the equipment.

2. Regular maintenance: (weekly maintenance)

a. Check whether the lubricating oil of the equipment is sufficient and whether the equipment is in good condition

b. Check if the cooling oil for the saw blade is sufficient and if the saw blade is operating normally

c. Check if the pneumatic components (solenoid valve+cylinder+air pipe+joint) are normal and if there is any air leakage. D. Check if the electrical components are normal, if the servo drive motor is working properly, and if there are any alarms

e. Check if the saw blade spindle motor is running normally
